Who is behind Verso Films?
Verso Films was founded by Patrícia and Márcio, filmmakers originally from Brazil who live in Italy. Their international background and storytelling sensibility strongly influence the way we approach each wedding film.
Are you destination wedding videographers in Italy?
Yes. We specialize in destination wedding films in Italy. We work with couples from different nationalities who choose Italy as the setting for their wedding, elopement, or intimate celebration.
Where is Verso Films based?
We are based in Tuscany, Italy, one of the most sought-after regions for destination weddings. From here, we travel to other regions of Italy and to other European countries depending on the project.
Do you work only with couples from Brazil?
No. We work with international couples from all over the world, including Europe, the Americas and beyond. Our experience with destination weddings allows us to adapt to different cultures, traditions and expectations.
Is Verso Films an Italian company?
Yes. Verso Films is a company legally registered and based in Italy. We are professional wedding filmmakers working mainly with destination weddings in Italy and across Europe.
Which languages do you speak?
We work in English, Italian and Portuguese (and Paty can speak a little bit o German). Being a multilingual team helps us communicate clearly with international couples as well as with local Italian vendors throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
Do you only film weddings in Tuscany?
No. Although we are based in Tuscany, we film weddings in many different regions of Italy and also in other European destinations. Each project is approached in a personalized way.
Do I really need a wedding film if I already have a photographer?
Photography captures moments. Film preserves emotions in motion — voices, vows, gestures and atmosphere. A wedding film complements photography and allows you to relive the day in a deeper, more immersive way.
Do you only create wedding films?
Our main focus is wedding films, destination weddings and elopements. We also create pre-wedding films, proposal films and other audiovisual projects. Additionally, we run a separate production branch dedicated to corporate content.
We are not comfortable in front of cameras. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our approach is discreet and natural. We focus on real moments and genuine emotions, respecting each couple’s personality so you can fully enjoy your day without feeling staged or uncomfortable.
